We have one 36" door opening cut at this time.  We will cut the other openings per plans upon purchaser's approval of current layout openings.  The buyer is not limited to how this log home shell can be used.  There are many possibilities for layout and use. i.e. Guest House, Weekend Lake Cottage, Garage, Hunting Cabin, Addition to Existing Structure or we can make this a Great Room in your Dream Log Home.  The 10" thick wall logs have an R-Value of 14.1*.  The ladder to loft can be replaced by a spiral staircase.  This handcrafted log home shell is ready for you or your general contractor to complete.  The log shell is tagged, numbered and mapped for re-assembly prior to shipping.  Retail value of this "Handcrafted" Log Home Shell $48,500.00.  What is not included: re-assembly, shipping, insulation, chinking, foundation, sub-floor, roof, interior walls, windows, doors, fixtures, appliances, any/all applicable taxes.
