• Experience: We have been design/building log and timber structures for 3 decades.
• We use pre-engineered tree house hardware only. This ensures engineered security for the owners and less harm to the living trees .
• We use eco-friendly water based wood preservation products only. This provides low maintenance for the owners in the future.
• Design features include:
• Large roof overhangs to protect the wood.
• Large handpeeled log(s) when living large trees aren’t available.
• No maintenance metal/or EDPM rubber roofing.
• No tree/roof penetrations to avoid leakage problems.
• All solid wood construction.
• All railing/stairs designed to meet or exceed all building codes.
• Ice & water shield with metal flashing protects inaccesible horizontal wood members.
